What are the operational hours of Magic Moments Early Learning Center?
We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, closed on weekends and public holidays.
What is the teacher to child ratio at your center?
For infants, our ratio is 1:4, for toddlers 1:6, and for preschoolers, it is 1:8.
How do you ensure the safety and security of the children
Child safety is our top priority. Our center is equipped with a secure entry system, and all areas are monitored with CCTV. Staff are trained in first aid and emergency response. Regular safety drills are conducted to keep our preparedness high.
Are meals provided at the center?
Yes, we provide nutritious and balanced meals prepared onsite by our professional kitchen staff.
How can parents be involved with their childs experience at your center
Parental involvement is encouraged through regular updates, meetings, and participation in events and workshops
What is your policy on sick children attending the center?
Children who are visibly ill or have a contagious condition are not permitted to attend. They can return after they have a physicians clearance or are symptom-free for 24 hours.
